On 31-Feb-2011, my colleague help my maid to buy air ticket by Malaysia AirLine(MAS) Online booking for 7-Feb-2011 & return on 21-Feb-2011 flight, MAS system automatic selected login user name as the passenger and she completed the purchase.
We realize the mistake few minutes later, thus she called to MAS & they said OK but need to write in; but they rejected our request on 1-Feb-2011; They answer that no way to change passenger name & no way to get any refund if we request to cancel the ticket
Wow, this is very unfair as paid RM615 by a customer and get such service from MAS.

AirAsia might need to select either key in passenger name or click “I’m travel” then can be do next step, but MAS NOT !!!!
AirAsia able to change passenger name, etc with some reasonable charges (must be more than few days before the flight schedule,) but MAS NOT !!!

Thus, I have to pay another (about)RM700 to get new flight ticket for my maid.

Can some body help to do the claim to MAS??
