i have registered for VIP5 plan on 30 Jan 2012 but till now no one call me on confirming the date of installation.

I have call many times, most of the time were answered by answering machine and it kept me hours to get people to pick the phone. Finally i managed to talk to the person from TM. The person told me to wait till they call me.. Till now for 5 days, i have not received any call from TM to confirm the installation date.

I have no internet access and land line phone. i have to use my HP to call and go to friends place to access to internet.

Hope TM do improve their service.

Please do call me to confirm the installation date/time.
