1) SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL

WHEN WE ASK ABOUT THE DELAYED ITEMS OR OTHER PROBLEMS , SHE WILL GET ANGRY AND REPLY QUITE RUDE . AS SELLER , SHE SHOULD ANSWER IT PROPERLY . I DID ASKED HER PROPERLY BUT SHE REPLIED IT SO RUDE AND I’M SO DISAPPOINTED WITH HER . MY FRIENDS ALSO GOT THE SAME TREAT WHEN DEALING WITH HER .

2) IRRESPONSIBLE

SHE GAVE ME WRONG INFORMATION ABOUT THE MEASUREMENT AND SIZE . WHEN I ASK HER TO CHANGE IT OR REFUND MONEY , SHE DO NOT WANT AND REPLY IT RUDELY . SHE SHOULD RESPONSIBLE ON THE MATTER BECAUSE I DID ASKED BEFORE I SUBMITTED THE ORDER . UNFORTUNATELY , I GOT WRONG ITEMS .

SO , PEOPLE TAKE NOTE ABOUT THIS WEBSITE . DON’T DEAL WITH UNPROFESSIONAL SELLER 😡

    I’m eve from Little Miss Q, quite shock when seeing this complaint. But let me explain, first of all all our clothes are PRE-ORDER, no matter design, material, sizes all are provided by supplier, it is out of our control. And we will not accept changes if you cant fit the clothes, we have written clearly on our “Shoppers Must Read”, you have agree before purchase. I guess i know who are you…you say i treated you rudely…but let me ask all the readers here… she message me everyday….asking the same question “When is my clothes Arrive” i replied…. not sure cos my parcel on oct till nov all was hold as customs. And this customer msg n msg me everyday… and she even say i’ rude and say how do I do business. Yes I admit i was bad tempered, it is because she keep asking me the same question. And did you ever wonder how many msg and email i need to reply daily? Everything is written clearly on web. Just they always wanted to ask, when i answer them, the things they receive wasn’t look alike with what they expect they blame it on me. Gosh… its really hard to accommodate to every customer.

    I’m not selling super expensive clothes…. my price range is below RM50….and you expected for RM100 quality.
    I’m really sorry that I disappointed you guys. I will promise to serve you guys better. LittleMissQ has been doing online shopping for more than 7 years. I believe it will be better!!!
