I have recently bought some office furnitures (2 sets of Office Desk, 2 Settees, 2 Executive Chairs & 2 Roller Chairs) from AM OFFICE at SG Besi Brance – F6A & G6A, Lot 6867, Berhampiran Lebuhraya KL-Seremban. They have delivered the rest of the items indicated above but not the 2 Roller Chairs due to DELAY OF SHIPMENT – not once, but delayed twice. We bought it sometimes 1st week Sept & according to them, the chairs will arrive mid Sept. But it deferred once again and until yesterday, we have not receive our Chairs yet.

This morning the sales person named NIKIE called us and asked us to collect the chairs OUROWN.
We refuse to do self collection as IT IS NOT OUR PROBLEM FOR THE SHIPMENT DELAY, and aren’t they should be sending the CHAIRS? Why should we collect ourself?

But NIKIE kept giving ALOT of reasons, i.e It will cost them RM120 to pay transporter, they do not pass by Puchong, they have not trucker available etc.

What is this? We pay so much for the furnitures and we waited for almost 2 months and now YOU ASK US TO COLLECT OURSELF? what kind of service is this?
And if you could not send at the first place, why didn’t Inform us earlier? Please inform us earlier and we wouldnt even want to buy it from you!
